The McDonalds in Wisconsin Dells was very unfriendly they gave us static when we asked to sit in the area that wasn't open. The place was busy. It took them forever to get an order out. We waited at least 15 minutes to place an order and about that long to get it. A lot of orders were coming back. Our order was wrong, but we were not able to get it fixed because of the lines
Came here numerous times never had a problem up until now..... went through drive thru lane 1. I simply stated in a well audible tone that "I'd like a bacon egg cheese biscuit, extra cheese and crispy bacon please, with a side of breakfast sauce, please." Well the person came over very rude and said "can't hear you can you say it again." Wow I've worked for 14 years and never once talk with any client in this utter rude manner. Next time politely say "please repeat I didn't understand" or " please pull up to the window". To be honest I'm calling corporate tomorrow.
Unlike last year the indoor theme park at the mt.olympis resort had less rides. If your in about 4th grade or above u won't have much fun
We come to the dells every yr... stay in hotels and are forced to eat out.. came to this McDonald's twice for breakfast.. the food was ok.. but the music that plays inside is way to loud.. especially when it's early morning.. find yourself yelling just to talk to someone right across from you.. but the place is newer and pretty clean.
I don’t know why, but this was the best MickeyD’s I’ve been to in years. I’m at the point now where I generally don’t bother going there at all due to higher prices, worse service, and lower quality food, but when on the road, it’s fast and convenient. For some strange reason, the food here was fresh, hot and delicious. Even the fries. It confused me greatly. Place was clean, and since it wasn’t quite lunch time, it was pretty fast. I guess I’m glad I don’t live closer to this one specific location. I feel I’m better off not hitting up the golden arches so often, and this place would be tempting.
