Good service could not get a ride after dropping the car off

This is the second time I have needed a rental car and both times were on a Friday evening. Both times I had to find my own way to enterprise. This last time I had chosen to take the car back to where I picked it up, but then I had to return the car at another location. And could not get a reduction in the rate of a already high bill. This was a very expensive ordeal for me and a cut in fee would have been appreciated. The car and people were excellent but some flexibility is needed.
The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. Service representative was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The car was what was promised and had no hassles picking up the vehicle and dropping off. Overall 10 out of 10 for this location.
We rented a van and traveled across the US from Wisconsin to Oregon and back (4606 miles). We needed an oil change halfway through our trip, they had problem charging it to enterprise so we paid for it and enterprise took it off the total cost at the end of our trip. They were very friendly and helpful.
