I had a really poor experience at the coach store in the Johnson Creek outlet mall so I called the store in the Wisconsin Dells outlet mall. I had the absolute best service by Sam and Maggie. Sam went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Sam!!!!
First & formost let me say that I'm not much of a Coach fanatic, but their inventory was quite fantastic. I ended up purchasing a black pair of cowhide loafers and I'm ecstatic about such purchase-living in New York I'm always keeping my eyes peeled to various shops for the next best thing fashion wise. Rebecca was beyond fantastic! She was incredibly polite and knowledgable about the inventory. I don't think I've experienced such customer service so remarkable.
