I’ve been in retail for 5 years and if my team had this customer service we would have some re-training for everyone. Made it to the men’s clearance section of a near empty store, and got nothing but a head nod. No hello, no welcome, and no good day on our way out. We where only stared at awkwardly as if we where stealing for our entire 10 min visit. Not sure if me and my wife looked like we didn’t have money, or the staff wasn’t motivated. But if you invest in training and customer service, you’ll see sales go up.
