I have a medical condition that makes it medically nessary for transition lenses I have been waiting patiently I called over a month ago now and I still haven't been approved for them meanwhile I'm going without due to a slow staff not turning in the proper paperwork I wonder if this is due to my insurance being state insurance I really need to get glasses I was led to belive that they really care about there customers I leave this decision to you.
