Worst experience ever. I will never take anything to them again. Dropped my phone off to get fixed told me it'd be done in a few hours. A few hours turned into 6 days because they didn't have the part they thought they had. Then when I got my phone back the screen wasn't put in place properly and it pops out in the top. If i take my case off the glass nearly pops out of the phones frame. And the home button isn't in place either and sits below the glass making it a pain to use half the time. Definitely will not be returning to them.
Awesome place, fixes up phones and tablets fast. Located just one block off the square near the nice downtown area of Baraboo.
They stayed with the project until all issues were fully resolved.
Went in to get my phone screen fixed and was met with the most friendly and honest man at the desk. He not only offered advice on what to do with my phone [cracked screen, broken LCDs--> purple black screen], he explained what was wrong with my phone, how he'd fix it, and possible problems. Absolutely amazing service on every end and I would gladly [hopefully not though] go in again. Thank you!!
