Piss poor service, slow and can't even order the right part, but I still had to pay for it. I will never shop there again ever.
I've all ways had great service at farm & fleet. I recently was charged for a copper fitting that wasn't in my cart. It only cost a dollar so this is why I give them 4 star.
Drove all the way here from out of town to get my boyfriend some steel-toed work boots and they didn’t have ANY in his size! Even though they have how many rows of work boots. It’s ok though, the delicious chocolate covered peanuts made up for the drive. & I found some Christmas gifts for the fam while he was looking.
Customer service/return counter went above and beyond Sunday. Helpful and friendly. It was clear she was well educated on what she was doing.
Sometimes the waiting did you check out takes a little bit but it's not as bad as Walmart so for checkout I give you guys a four-star but overall you got to five star
