Shields installed a gas fireplace in my home this week. From start to finish, they were superb. Darren, the owner, personally inspected my project and determined exactly what needed to take place. Richard & Abe performed the install and they were awesome. I felt like I knew them for years and their experience was obvious. They paid attention to every detail. They even identified a small but dangerous propane leak in my crawlspace and repaired it (a smell that I was certain was a dead mouse or moldy insulation). They took their time to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly, they walked me through the start up procedures, and explained all the features of my new fireplace. They were professional, trustworthy, and went above & beyond. Cindy gave me a substantial discount that she did not have to offer, but did so anyway.
