Came in, expected prices would be ridiculous, but still a little excessive. Figured with the price at least the facility would be taken care of well. All of the soap dispensers were empty except one and the lone paper towel dispenser was broken (it was automatic, so there was no way to get it out with it broken). The floor by the food area was sticky. Theater seats were good and movie was good, but the lack of facility maintenance/cleaning is what stuck with me.
Good theater for the area in general. My experience was a bit odd compared to normal the last time I visited the theater was a bit dirty and the guy in the stubs line closed out the cash register as soon as we walked into the line. Now you pay 15 bucks a year for this extra service and they pull a stunt like this because I'm watching a late movie I get it to an extent they want to have their ducks in a row early and leave fashionable but here is the deal I will always watch a scary movie late even though you are indoors it adds something to it for people I notice. I think the services should be offered a bit later I showed up got my stuff and walked in while the previews were going so the movie itself hasn't even started yet. At least man the register until that point or don't offer the service. I say overall my past experiences have been good here but this last incidence made me less apt to say they couldn't use much improvement because surely they can! Sorry folks had to dock you a star and make you Desert Star 14.
Absolutely stellar movie theater. Service is wonderful, the rooms are always clean, and there's never any technical issues. I have seen quite an amount of movies here and I loved the experience every time. I highly recommend this theater to any who wish to watch the newest release, and I am definitely going here for Star Wars Episode 8!
Nice big beautiful theater! The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is for the quality of food. If you visit do yourself a favor and eat out somewhere else. They advertise all the new food items they have but they are garbage. I'm not a picky guy and maybe I should stick to popcorn and soda at the movies but man. So many different options and I was feeling adventurous.....What a mistake
This please would benefit with recliners like theaters in Madison. It would make the movie going experience much more enjoyable. However, picture quality the movie was really good at this theater.
