Lived at Stratford Place apartments in Baraboo WI. The REMS employee in charge of that location was very immature and disrespectful through her means of communication. She prefers to text like a delinquent versus call like a professional woman (language used via text was very rude). I was a very neat, clean tenant and always paid my rent on time so the attitude wasnt necessary. I asked MULTIPLE times to call not text yet she disregarded my request. I tried to discuss this matter with the company management and nothing was done. Happy to be out of that apartment is all i can say. Hopefully one bad seed isnt a reflection on all yet lack of customer care was present....
