I didn't like the hair cut I got and it took her 10 mins and I have very long hair for layers it take longer then that
I should the girl a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. She didn't cut it like I wanted it. It is shorter and different style. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY SHE CUT MY HAIR. The front is one length, the sides are longer and the back is short. It is suppose to be all the same length. Can not get it fixed, because then it would be to short. After she cut the back she showed it to me. Told it was too short. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
Was put on hold for ten minutes just to show up to the store to see each employee sitting on their hands. Then was told there were no openings.
Had an appointment for my son and was literally a minute late and they made me reschedule. Guess people don't like bigs tips and money..my mistake..
Made a 5:20 appointment, didn't get in until 6:15. Person was slow and haircut was not that great. Didn't get a sorry, no discount for there mess up nothing. Manager was there and said and did nothing also. Didnt leave until 6:45. I then called owner to complain like the sign says to do and owner is drunk. He was slurring his words, very inappropriate and then says "what do you want done? What do you want me to do about it?" With an attitude. Really?!?!
