We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The continental breakfast is exceptional, the room was clean, and the amenities were more than most. We will definitely come back.
A good place to stop on our way back home. The rooms were comfortable and clean, while the (included) breakfast was nutritious and good tasting. The coffee is almost always available and pretty good too. Checking in was handled with a smile and was efficient too.
Spire elite gave me king bed upgrades in the newly remodeled rooms. The new blinds are awesome I think I could easily sleep during the day if needed. As far as value, I stayed for work and didn't have to foot the bill. I stayed in November during off tourist season and it seemed everything was still expensive in the dells... not just here
Despite ongoing renovation, the hotel service was phenomenal. The staff were extremely helpful and we had no problems navigating the hotel. The rooms are of a lovely modern style, and while ours was small, it's design made us feel as though there were plenty of space
Loved it!!!! The room was great. Very clean. The staff were great too. Location was perfect. Only problem I had was as we're leaving the cleaning crew was playing pool in the presidential suite. When they heard us by the elevator they stopped and one came to look to see what was up. I just didn't think that was too professional on their part but that's just me. Other than that I loved it there.
