Nice, clean facility and friendly, accommodating staff! We were unfortunately in the Dells because our van broke down moving cross country. We were frantic finding a mechanic and place to stay. We were able to get early check in and adjoining rooms for us and our four pups. While waiting for our van they worked with us on a later checkout! The price was great, they are pet friendly and it all made for a wonderful experience!
I stayed at 2 Motel 6 locations last weekend. This one was FABULOUS. The staff member who checked me in helped me with ordering a pizza and was very friendly. The morning desk person supplied jumper cables to a stranded guest so I could assist them with jump starting their car. I told several people how nice your hotel was. I will absolutely stay with you again! Thank you. Your staff members are top notch.
When my boss told me that we would be staying at a Motel 6 for work, I'm sure you could imagine my reaction. A Motel 6? For real? I was haunted with previous experiences from other motels. You know the ones. Bed bugs, questionable stains, and beds that leave you feeling more tired then rested. But the hotel was close to the event we were working and I was tired. Upon check in, the front desk clerk was immediately there, with a smile, to check us in. The room was NOT what I was expecting. The lights in the room were bright, not at all like the seedy dimly lit room that Motel 6 seems to be associately with, and the beds were super comfy. Our room was cleaned daily and all our linens and towels were changed out before we returned from work. All in all, wonderful experience. 10/10 would stay again.
My husband and some friends recently stayed here on a weekend get away and I was honestly impressed with the condition of the hotel. I'd been there the previous year on a family vacation and I can definitely see the changes that occurred. The room and bathroom were both clean. The staff were very nice and patient (even when we got locked out like 3 times). The only thing they could add would be some sort of breakfast bar.
Very nice quiet stay during a business trip. Room was clean and very comfortable. Directv with movie channels is always a huge plus when spending a relaxing night in the room. My only wish is that they supplied muffins and rolls with the complimentary coffee and tea downstairs. No big deal though.
